This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all digital products sold via QuickPost.store, a platform owned by Lexos Security. We sell ready-to-use downloadable graphic content for personal and commercial social media use.

1. Digital Product Nature

All our products are delivered digitally in downloadable ZIP file formats. Due to the intangible and non-returnable nature of digital goods, we do not offer cancellations or refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• The file was not delivered or the download failed despite successful payment.
• The downloaded file is corrupted and cannot be accessed.
• The delivered product is significantly different from the description or preview shown on the product page.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund, please contact our support team within 2 business days of purchase. Include your Order ID, payment reference, and a detailed description of the issue at support@lexos.in.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and review your refund request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

Lexos Security reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page.
