1. Digital Product Nature
All our products are delivered digitally in downloadable ZIP file formats. Due to the intangible and non-returnable nature of digital goods, we do not offer cancellations or refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- The file was not delivered or the download failed despite successful payment.
- The downloaded file is corrupted and cannot be accessed.
- The delivered product is significantly different from the description or preview shown on the product page.
